CSR

We are seeking a computer savvy, and customer service oriented candidate to work with a local company, who's mission is to keep Hawaii's stores and restaurants full of locally grown produce.

POSITION PURPOSE

Provide Customer Service excellence in the processing of all orders to all internal & external customers, in support with the Sales Department.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Enter and process all incoming orders via phone, email & fax.

Mailing and Shipping of on-line orders. o Process complaints, claims, credits, research and reconcile discrepancies through traceability of products.

Sales calls to accounts, reports, print invoices and end of day totals.

Be in compliance and adherence of our GMP Food Safety Program.

OTHER FUNGTIONS

Regular attendance in conformance with the standards is essential to the successful performance of this position.

Associates with irregular attendance will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

Due to the cyclical nature of our industry, associates may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the Company.
