    Responsibilities: -- End-to-end success of the product in the Americas, including customer experience, execution of upgrades, ensuring knowledge of technical teams, and more. --Plans, prioritizes and executes rollover of product improvements and configuration changes. -- Successfully operates in the most complex disciplines, in which the company must operate to be successful; Routinely exercises independent judgment in taking tradeoff decisions, managing complex situations and risks. Occasionally - manages customer escalations and orchestrates the organizational effort to resolve promptly and satisfy the customer. -- A team player who can generate strong partnerships with peers (sometimes: global) to share and receive information and knowledge, and partner to drive solutions. -- Needs to be able to clearly see and reflect the wood for the trees, and communicate efficiently with both professional experts on the ground as well as high level executives (internal / external), and able to convey the message in a crisp and engaging manner. Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of key Services operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to project management. Has an extensive understanding of critical project management techniques.
