    Robert Half is currently searching for an articulate, highly-skilled Customer Service Representative. Are you always outgoing and sociable? This could be a great position for you.     What you get to do every day

    Process customer order Handle multiple accounts Travel to visit customer or opportunities as needed Resolve questions and service issues for customers via phone, email and text Prepare RFQ for APQP review Prepare customer quotes Analyze customers to determine opportunities for new sales Sell new products through up-selling and cross-selling Proactively contact existing customers to promote new opportunities Learn product line, terminology, and industry specs in order to be able to promote the product line Analyze competition to assist in competitive opportunities Prepare reports as requested by management Complete assignments given my management as needed Performs other duties as assigned Requirements - Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

    • Foundational knowledge in Quoting

    • Cross Selling experience highly desired

    • Solid understanding of order entry

    • Strong familiarity with Advanced product quality planning (APQP)

    • Proven knowledge of Up-Selling

    • Command of RFQ Process

      • Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
    • 3+ years of past relevant experience

    • Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

    • Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

    • Excellent verbal, written, and social skills

    • Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently

    • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications

    • No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

    • Supportive, positive attitude with a detail oriented demeanour applied to all tasks
