Customer Service Representative

Description

We are in search of a dedicated Customer Service Representative to be based in Broomall, Pennsylvania. The role involves answering inbound calls, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining a high level of customer service. This role will require you to handle data entry tasks, email correspondence, and support the sales team. The position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity within the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service through answering inbound and outbound calls.

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

• Maintain accurate customer records and process order entries efficiently.

• Support the sales team with necessary tasks and information.

• Utilize CRM and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word, to manage and organize work.

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing all customer needs promptly.

• Handle email correspondence professionally and timely.

• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve overall company goals.

• Continuously improve customer service experience and create engaged customers.

• Take the extra mile to engage customers.

Requirements - Minimum of one year experience in a customer service role

• Proficient in answering inbound calls and handling inbound outbound calls

• Experience in a call center customer service environment

• Proficient in data entry and order entry tasks

• Capable of handling email correspondence professionally and efficiently

• Experience in sales support and customer relationship management (CRM)

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations

• Ability to work effectively in a team and individually

• High school diploma or equivalent education level.
