This Customer Service Representative opportunity is located in Phoenix, Arizona, and is a long-term contract / contract engagement. The position will be based in a dynamic, rapidly-changing call center.

    Your responsibilities

    • May support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

    • Deliver outstanding, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

    • Manage incoming telephone calls

    • Receive and send written business correspondence Requirements - 2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired

    • Comfort and confidence when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

    • Microsoft Office knowledge required

    • Strong customer service and office administrative skills

    • Sound written and verbal communication skills

    • A consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism

    • Hands-on experience with Interpersonal Communication

    • Experience with Interpersonal Relationships

    • Demonstrated knowledge of complaints

    • Good understanding of Claim Administration

    • Foundational knowledge in Merchandising

    • Practical knowledge of Consumer Complaints

    • Previous experience working with Adjustments

    • Comprehension of Interpersonal Skills

    • Comprehensive knowledge of customer service

    • Adeptness in Microsoft Word

    • Proficiency in Merchandising

    • Earlier work involving billing

    • Microsoft PowerPoint experience highly desired

    • Background working with Computer Programs

    • General familiarity with complaints

    • Resolve Customer Complaints experience highly valued

    • About Time experience required

    • Written Communication experience highly preferred

    • Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently

    • Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex customer inquiries via extensive research

      • Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
    • Strong computer skills including customer database systems
