    Robert Half is in search of a dedicated individual who puts customers first to join our client's team as a Call Center Customer Service Representative. This position is ON-SITE and will be 8:00am-5:00pm Monday- Friday. In this role, you will be responsible for effectively addressing customer needs through phone conversations and scheduling inspections and appointments. You will also handle customer complaints and guide them to the appropriate team for resolution. Your ability to provide exceptional customer service, actively listen, and build trust with clients will be critical to your success.

    Responsibilities

    • Engage in phone conversations with clients to understand their requirements and schedule inspections and appointments with the relevant trade.

    • Handle incoming calls from customers, addressing complaints or issues with products or services, and redirecting them to the appropriate team lead for assistance.

    • Respond promptly and accurately to callers, offering potential solutions, and ensuring clients feel supported and valued.

    • Practice active listening by confirming and clarifying information, and effectively defusing difficult situations when necessary.

    • Foster long-term relationships with clients and fellow call center team members based on reliability and trust.

    • Utilize appropriate software, databases, scripts, and tools proficiently.

    • Strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while consistently delivering outstanding customer service.

    • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of company products, services, and policies.

    • Participate in ongoing training and learning opportunities to expand your knowledge of the position, our products, and services.

    • Provide support for various administrative duties, such as CRM database maintenance.

    Requirements

    • Display exceptional active listening skills, and possess excellent verbal and written communication abilities, including a professional phone etiquette.

    • Proficiently navigate computer systems, especially CRM software, and possess strong typing skills.

    • Exhibit attention to detail and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    • Accurately perform data entry and demonstrate proficient typing skills.

    • Foster a teamwork-oriented mindset to effectively support your colleagues.

    • Display strong multitasking capabilities.

    • Adaptability and accountability are crucial traits.
