  • Customer Service Representative / Lead Generation Specialist

    Start Date: May 20th, 2024

    Pay Rate during Contract: $18/hr

    Additional Compensation after Contract: Potential to earn $6,000-9,000/month in commission & OT pay after conversion to full-time employee

    Contract Length: 6-month contract-to-hire

    Worksite Location: Scottsdale, AZ (address provided upon application)

    Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8 am - 5 pm (with potential for one 4-hour Saturday shift per month)

    Job Description

    • Call on mortgage leads: Initiate contact with potential clients.

    • Basic information gathering: Obtain essential details from clients and transfer calls to licensed officers.

    • Process phone applications: Handle applications as needed.

    • Outbound dials: Make up to 500 outbound calls daily using an automatic dialer.

    • Timely communication: Respond to voicemails and emails within 24 hours.

    Qualifications

    • No sales or mortgage experience necessary

    • High school diploma

    • Driven and self-motivated: Individuals determined to achieve career growth and financial success

    • Local residency: Must be a resident of the surrounding area

    • Strong communication skills: Written and verbal

    • Fast-paced team environment: Ability to work efficiently

    • Strong tenure: Demonstrated stability in previous roles
