    Job Purpose

    The Representative, Customer Care is responsible for coordination of Mitsubishi Chemical Groups KyronMAX injection molded compounds, KyronTEX compression molded composites and SMC (FMC composites). This position will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to contribute towards Mitsubishi Chemical Groups' vision and mission for business growth. This includes commercial order management, logistics coordination, and marketing support with the goal of cultivating long-term collaborative relationships with our customers.

    Principal Accountabilities

    • Coordination and data entry of KyronMax compound & KyronTEX sales orders.

    • Manage inquiries from website on composite products.

    • Support global sales team as needed.

    • Help coordinate marketing materials for trade shows.

    • Support production for proper scheduling of orders.

    • Interact with both customers and other departments within MCAM's facility.

    • Responsible for assisting in customer follow up and maintenance to insure customer satisfaction, and service on existing accounts in a timely manner.

    • Other duties as assigned.

    Knowledge / Skills / Experience

    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

    • Awareness of ERP software systems, preferred.

    • At least 1 year of Customer Service experience.

    • Experience in working and coordinating with global cross-functional teams, preferred.

    • No travel, but occasional after-hours due to coordination with international customers.

    Pay Transparency (complete highlighted sections)

    • The salary range for this position is $49,000 - $60,000. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
