Description

Robert Half has a challenging Customer Service Representative position available at a growing service company based in Waipahu, HI. The ideal Customer Service Representative will be a dedicated and detail-oriented team player. Responsibilities

• Input and process customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Organize and maintain paperwork, including scanning and filing documents

• Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless order fulfillment

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals
