Customer Success Specialist

Description

Financial services company seeks a Customer Success Specialist with proven account management and client facing experience. As the Customer Success Specialist, you will respond to client inquiries, building strong client relationships, provide help desk support, implement process improvement, and manage the communication channels between internal departments. The ideal candidate for this role should have an intense passion for client satisfaction, advanced multi-tasking capabilities, superb customer service skills and a strong drive for problem-solving.

Requirements

The ideal Customer Success Specialist will have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration or similar.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
