DATA ANALYST

Robert Half is searching for a Junior Data Analyst in the financial services industry. This candidate must be a fast learner, dependable, energetic team player with a positive attitude. In addition, they must be able to multitask, problem solve, and have a keen eye for detail. Ideal candidate will be proficient with SAS software and possess strong English communication skills.

This is a HYBRID POSITION.

Requirements

The Data Analyst will have the following responsibilities and duties

Responsibilities

• Understanding business needs for data and translating into data specifications

• Auditing of data and processes to ensure accuracy

• Providing ad-hoc and production reporting for various clients

• Marketing campaign coding and execution

• Overseeing campaign target criteria, counts and list pull specifications

• Ensuring timely delivery of lists in support of tactical and strategic marketing

• campaign initiatives

• Reviewing files and documenting all marketing campaign materials, including creative,

• segmentation and test plans.

Duties

• Data selection and fulfillment of marketing orders for customers

• Campaign performance reporting across various marketing channels

• Maintaining documentation and data from previous campaigns

• Client facing communication and presentations

Requirements

• BS in Decision Sciences, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or other relevant degree(s)

• 1-2 years database, direct marketing and/or data processing experience

• 2+ years experience with SAS and/or SQL

• Credit and/or credit bureau knowledge desired

• Python, R, or other machine learning techniques desired
