I'm looking an individual who can work 8am-5pm, in Woodridge, Illinois.This person will e doing data entry and making sure credit card information is correct. This is a contract position paying $17 an hour. If you're interested and available please send your resume to ~~~.

Responsibilities

1. Respond to phone calls received on a dedicated 800 number from customers

2. Obtain credit card information from the customer

3. Enter the information into the SAP Customer Master credit card fields without

writing the information down. Verify accuracy with the customer.

1. Notify the Sales Rep by email upon completion and if required the A.R. Supervisor

expecting a valid credit card to charge an order

1. Work with the New Account set up staff to see that support (credit card form and

new account set up sheet) are scanned and indexed for retrieval from On Base.

1. Other responsibilities and projects as requested by the New Account Credit
