Your role involves cleaning up and disposing of materials, as well as maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The role involves manual labor and may require physical exertion. Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) is typically provided to ensure safety on the job site.

    Pay Rate

    The pay rate for this job is $16 / Hour

    What you'll be doing as a Demolition Cleanup Technician:

    • Perform post-demolition cleanup activities, including the removal of debris, rubble, and hazardous materials from demolition sites.

    • Sort, segregate, and dispose of materials in accordance with established guidelines and regulations.

    • Work collaboratively with demolition crews, contractors, and project managers to coordinate cleanup efforts and ensure timely completion of tasks.

    • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to minimize the risk of accidents or injuries on the job site.

    • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to report progress, issues, and any potential hazards encountered during cleanup operations.

    Job requirements

    • Previous experience in demolition cleanup, construction, or related field preferred.

    • Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to demolition and construction activities.

    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions from supervisors.

    • Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

    • Background check and drug screening required
