    As a Design Program Manager, Vice President-DCE Card within our Digital Channels team, you will be at the forefront of promoting transformation in our digital customer experience. You will work closely with various teams to manage a product portfolio, ensuring the delivery of customer-centric design solutions. Your role will be pivotal in facilitating cross-impacted project discussions and championing process improvement within the firm.

    Job responsibilities

    • Manage a product portfolio; includes project intake, assessment, resourcing, execution, tracking and team capacity management

    • Partner closely with Design Lead, Product Owners, Tech Leads, and Scrum Masters on Discovery Execution and Delivery, as well as concept readiness and artifact quality

    • Consult with design teams to develop a clear plan including size, scope, sequence and next steps for design activities

    • Facilitate cross-impacted project discussions with multiple Design teams and stakeholders

    • Collaborate closely with DCE, Product, Line-of-Business, Data and Analytics and Tech teams to understand the customer problem statement and desired outcomes to meet business objectives.

    • Track projects to ensure milestones are being met and status is documented and updated regularly; produce reports as appropriate/requested

    • Champion ongoing firm-wide and design team process improvement

    Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

    • Minimum of 5 years of project/program management experience.

    • Understanding of Product development lifecycle at scale

    • Thorough understanding of Waterfall and Agile project methodologies

    • Experience or familiarity with tools including Atlassian / JIRA / Confluence / ~~~ / Figma

    • Demonstrated effectiveness developing plans, prioritizing activities and driving execution

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively present complex information clearly and appropriately handle sensitive information

    • Strong organizational skills with experience coordinating multiple work streams simultaneously, proactively and independently

    Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

    3 years in digital design or product development; experience at design studio and/or large corporate environment preferred.

    • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence outcomes

    • Flexibility/adaptability (ability to change direction based upon team and stakeholder consensus)

    • Strong project management skills

    • Passionate about creating customer-centric design
