Desktop Support Analyst

Description This role is for someone who excels at explaining intricate technical information to the non-technical user. This Desktop Support Analyst position, which is a short-term contract / temporary opportunity, is located in the Wilmington, Delaware, area.

What you get to do every single day

• Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions taken or installation activities

• Provide support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems

• Supply computer desktop support in accordance with established policies and procedures

• Maintain, analyze, and fix computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals

• Resolve computer problems, and give guidance on appropriate action/solutions

• Be in contact regularly and effectively with ticket submitters

• Coordinate hardware repairs with the appropriate vendors Requirements - 1+ years of desktop support or other related experience

• Windows configuration experience

• Desktop Support experience desired

• Proficiency in Basic Troubleshooting
