  • Description

    Performs general maintenance tasks, troubleshoots and repairs computer systems and peripheral equipment throughout the organization. Includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and equipment while ensuring optimal workstation performance. Identifies, researches and resolves technical incidents. Minimum 2 years experience networking in a TCP/IP- LAN/WAN environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience imaging machines with and Windows 7 OS using SCCM, Ghost, or Acronis. Nice to have Certifications Comptia A+CE, Net+CE, or Sec+CE Qualifications - 4 years experience supporting Windows 7 desktop/laptop PCs - Experience troubleshooting hardware issues and replacing hardware on both desktop and laptop PCs - Experience installing software, patches, and updates on Desktops orLaptops - Experience troubleshooting basic network connectivity, software applications, printing problems - Excellent customer service, problem solving and conflict resolution skills - Proven team player with outstanding interpersonal and communication (written & oral) skills - Experience with Remedy ITSM preferred - Experience with Microsoft products, including, but not limited to, SCCM, Office, Project, Internet Explorer and Visio
