    Specific Roles/Responsibilities:

    Demand Generation - Plays a key role in driving demand for Greene Tweed products and solutions through digital channels. Helps drive Greene Tweed's growth and builds a strong pipeline of qualified leads for the GT Global Sales team. Works with the Marketing Communications Manager to define strategy and choose the appropriate marketing channels for each initiative. Is responsible for the execution of plans to generate new leads via SEM/SEO, email, content marketing, targeted social advertising, and cooperative marketing with partners. Develops lead nurturing strategies to increase lead-to-opportunity conversion rates, revive cold leads, and grow share-of-wallet with current customers.

    Digital Marketing Campaign Development - Partners with Marketing Communications Manager to identify and coordinate digital marketing campaign strategies. Collaborates with business teams to understand the target audience and to recommend the most appropriate digital channels to use for each campaign. Assists in the development of a digital strategy that enables the customer to contact Greene Tweed via various digital channels (website, email, social media, PPC) and filter to the correct business contact to meet their needs.

    Performance Reporting - Develops reports for business and industry stakeholders to help them understand the impact of digital marketing, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations for future marketing campaigns. Focuses on campaign ROI and revenue goals to demonstrate the success and/or gaps in marketing strategy. Uses A/B testing to drive continuous performance improvements in email, social media, paid advertising, and website content strategy. Works with the Marketing Communications Manager on monthly performance reports.

    Required Minimum Qualifications:

    Education: Bachelors Degree

    Skills and Experience 3+ years professional experience using digital business and/or collaboration methodologies; Experience with major marketing automation platforms, including HubSpot, Pardot, Eloqua, and Marketo, is required. Brings best practices to the table.

    Business Acumen - ability to navigate and interact with all levels of management, influencing Sales, GMs to try new digital tools and methods.
