    The Opportunity

    Join a dynamic team of digital content professionals, working with a diverse range of global stakeholders, from senior digital leadership and hotel ownership groups to field and hotel marketing colleagues. You will lead a large team of operational experts supporting Hyatt's growth and digital conversion goals across the company's digital channels, including Hyatt's core digital asset management team, property website content team, and a dedicated large-scale content solutions team. You'll be instrumental in continuing to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company by supporting our hotels with proactive sales missions, tradeshows/events, and hotel familiarization trips.You will be part of a team passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion, committed to nurturing curiosity and new skills and building connections across the organization with stakeholders, colleagues, and guests.

    The Role

    This individual will be responsible for managing multiple production groups within the digital content team, including digital asset management, property website content management, scaled content initiatives, and additional temporary contract headcount, as needed. They will work in alignment with the other verticals across the larger Digital Content & Merchandising Team, including content strategy, editorial, localization, and merchandising. This role will include collaboration with international content teams within Hyatt, to support their efforts in serving local markets and setting global content standards and best practices. This role will report to the VP of Digital Content.

    ·Directing a large team within content operations, to support Hyatt's growth and digital conversion goals

    ·Responsible for maintaining competitive production turnaround times

    ·Ensuring adherence to brand and legal standards on all output

    ·Maintaining high content standards, including SEO enrichment and customer engagement

    ·Engaging and collaborating with leaders throughout Hyatt digital, sales, marketing, and loyalty to advocate for digital content and support scaled initiatives

    Qualifications:

    Experience Required:

    -7-10 years of leadership experience within digital content, marketing, or equivalent business role

    -Expertise in content management systems (CMS) and digital asset management (DAM)

    -Strong background in search engine optimization (SEO)

    -Familiarity with metadata and cataloging taxonomy

    -Versed in the latest developments in generative AI and automation technology

    -Collaborative and solutions-driven, with a strong focus on developing cross-functional relationships and common goals to drive the business forward

    -Strong ability to synthesize multiple outputs to develop short-, mid-, and long-term growth strategies for the business

    -Adept at identifying opportunities for improvement as it relates to project management, ongoing operational efforts, and efficiency gains across the team

    -Strong understanding of the macro and micro impacts of the Digital Content Operations team's work, across the broader Digital Org as well as Commercial Services as a whole

    -Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    -Evidence of strong communication, time management, and organizational skills

    -Experience working well under pressure and on multiple projects at once

    -Demonstrate a high degree of self-motivation, commitment, and integrity

    Experience Preferred:

    -Bachelor's degree in administration, marketing, communications, IT, or related fields

    -Familiarity with the AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) platform for CMS and DAM

    -Hospitality industry experience a plus
