    The Director of EHS Management Systems is an integral member of the Corporate EHS Central Team whose primary responsibility is to provide advanced leadership for successful development, implementation, and maintenance of high performing EHS systems across BrandSafway's EHS function.

    DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES

    • Process owner for AIC platform based EHS data management system at BrandSafway.

    • Develop and Support BrandSafway's corporate EHS Digitization Strategy.

    • Partner with EHS Corporate team on preparing performance reports.

    • Lead project teams on various systems improvement initiatives.

    • Develop systems capabilities to fully utilize EHS data streams in support of program growth.

    • Develop and coordinate data retention systems in support of EHS & ESG initiatives.

    • Participate with regional EHS management, in customer safety initiatives and outreach.

    • Regularly communicate with business line management on EHS performance and initiatives.

    • Lead annual strategic planning activities to ensure full utilization of available data.

    • Partner with corporate EHS to establish KPI's for BrandSafway's targets and goals.

    • Ability to travel within North America as required. 0-20%

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum 5 years' experience with data management systems (preferably EHS)

    • Bachelor's degree in in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Analytics, or similar discipline is preferred. Associates or combination of related education and experience with significant expertise in EHS systems will be considered.

    • Strong experience and skills in System Implementation and project Management, Technical Writing, Analysis skills, EHS Information Systems, and Presentation development/delivery skills.

    • Expert Administration level activities for auditing and EHS information databases/software available on the open market.

    • Proven senior level leadership, coaching, business acumen and technical/functional EH&S expertise coupled with clear and concise communication skills.

    • Experience with Power BI, EHS Database Programs, MS Office Suite, EHS&S Information Systems, creating dashboards and compiling data and reports and analyzing the output.

    • Ability to impact and effect change with a flexible, open-minded, positive approach.

    • Strong business acumen and excellent decision-making skills.

    • Proven strategic planning, leadership, and project management capabilities.

    • Must be able to articulate, build consensus for, and effectively implement solutions.

    • Effective presentation and facilitation skills. Experience presenting ideas and concepts to diverse audiences including senior executives and Boards of Directors.

    • Experience with change management related to EHS data management systems.

    • Exceptional interpersonal skills and willingness to work in a team environment both remote and in-person.
