  • General Description:

    The Director of Marketing Promotions is responsible for the development, implementation, management, and execution of the promotional strategy to support current and future indications for Tislelizumab.

    Essential Functions:

    Lead, develop and execute the US promotions for the Tislelizumab, including, but not limited to product positioning, campaign development, message development, and personal promotions.

    Collaborate across the organization to develop a robust and targeted tactical plan that enables BeiGene to continue to achieve its US commercial objectives for Tislelizumab.

    Establish and maintain a close relationship with Sales leadership to ensure that all promotional tactics are informed and supported by field perspectives.

    Work closely with Market Access to highlight BeiGene's best-in-class patient support services program.

    Partner closely with Business Analytics to align on market research needs and implement methodology to assess promotional effectiveness.

    Continually analyze the business landscape to identify customer and competitor insights and incorporate into promotional plans.

    Ensure that all marketing activities conform to company guidelines and local laws.

    Coach and develop team members to achieve both business and individual objectives.

    Education Required:

    Bachelor's degree in marketing or related fields.

    Qualifications:

    BS with 10 plus years of broad biotech/pharma experience, including product launches, is required.

    Oncology and/or rare disease, and prior Director-level experience preferred.

    Successful track record working in a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment.

    Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to gain alignment by working collaboratively and inclusively across functional teams
