  • As a Director Offering Management - Business Management here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in leading the offering management function. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and profitability for Honeywell's offerings. Your strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering successful outcomes for Honeywell's business.

    You will report directly to our VPGM and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.

    The Honeywell Anthem Avionics is the first avionics system with cloud connected capabilities at its core which requires a robust strategy and roadmap, aligned to our contracted customer commitments as well as with the broader Aerospace Technologies connectivity and software strategies. In this role, you will develop and implement the next phase of the Connected Honeywell Anthem strategy with a strong focus on the entry into service onboarding user experience. Establish an MOS for cross team collaboration on the connected features and off aircraft services. You will coordinate and collaborate with HCE/S&C teams to facilitate the development and execution of the infrastructure, business models, and SaaS/services for the Anthem Avionics. Maintain and drive relationships with multiple 3rd party partners critical to the off aircraft EFB and cloud experience.

    Must be an innovative, self-motivated leader who understands the demands of a rapid moving consumer connectivity market. Must have a strong work ethic capable of diving into details while motivating the team to the larger business objectives for a successful Anthem EIS and onboarding experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Cross collaboration with functional and SBU teams

    • Building and managing partner relationships

    • Develop strategies for offloading data from the aircraft and cloud services

    • Creating new business models for monetizing data, APIs/SDKs and cloud services

    • Build new product pipeline

    • Accountable for AOP and strategy

    • Lead change and educate teams on connectivity solutions, cloud capabilities and SaaS ideologies

    • Investigate market options

    • Research the market & conduct VOC

    • Implement new processes & drive effective execution of the roadmap

    • Accountable for Profit & Loss

    You Must Have

    • 10+ years of Business Management or Product Marketing experience

    • Software, SaaS, experience

    • Experience with connectivity systems and services

    • Experience brining a SaaS/services product to market

    • Strong tactical and strategic skills required

    • Ability to influence and partner in a matrix organization

    • Ability to motivate and build high performing teams

    We Value
