    ICF's Digital Modernization Division?is a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial, technology department, seeking a Director, Program Management to lead teams of technologists, strategists, architects, analysts, developers, designers, and support staff to support multiple customers and contracts across the division portfolio.

    Our IT Modernization division is an information technology and management consulting department that offers integrated, strategic solutions to its public and private-sector clients. ICF has the expertise, agility, and commitment to design, build, and operate high-performance IT engines to support all aspects of our client's business.

    What you'll be doing:

    • Planning, monitoring and managing technical projects from initiation through completion

    • Leading, coordinating project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and sub-contract management, progress reporting, trouble shooting and people management.

    • Contributing to Business Development, leading proposals, orals and technical challenges may serve as primary contact with the client.

    • Ensuring project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and costs. Monitoring performance and recommending schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions.

    • Providing leadership and direction through senior managers and managers

    • Participating with other leaders and senior leaders to establish strategic plans

    • Defining objectives in collaboration with senior leaders

    • Making significant decisions on administrative or operational matters and interpreting policy

    • Recommending practices appropriate for the immediate organization or Line of Business

    • Recommending modifications to wider Division or Group practices

    • Working on complex, multi-faceted issues requiring an in-depth knowledge of the market or area of expertise

    • Advising government stakeholders to execute a complex set of technology-driven work

    • Working with government leads, ICF project managers, and technical resources to identify solution strategies, delivery practices, and implementation plans over a series or projects and programs Providing policy advisory support for complex government challenges

    • Providing reach-back and escalation support for IT governance needs of programs, task orders, and project efforts within a program portfolio

    • Managing IDIQ, Program, and Project-level execution

    • Collaborating with other ICF Divisions, subcontractors, technology partners, and government customers to lay out program strategy efforts to support delivery and growth

    • Managing a team of senior managers and technologists to manage time and expectations of multiple projects and team members

    • Playing a key role in supporting organic and inorganic growth activities within a defined program and account space

    **Required Skills:??**

    • Bachelor's degree in technology related field or business administration

    • 10+ years of program management experience in a dynamic environment

    • 3+ years of experience preparing materials for and briefing executives

    • 3+ years of experience managing financial forecasting and staffing on a time and materials contract

    • 2+ years working experience with UI/UX, Agile, Data, and Cloud services for government agencies

    • 2+ years of experience with Agile Scrum methodology

    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

    • Green Card Holder or US Citizenship required by the federal government for this position

    • Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance

    • MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.), as this work is for a federal contract and laws do apply.

    Desired Skills:

    • 2+ years of overseeing a portfolio of contracts

    • Expertise in analyzing complex problems that impact the project and provide innovative solutions and options that include analysis of schedules, costs, and technology or tools

    • Prior experience in managing projects and contract engagements associated with Business Process Automation Services and low code platforms

    • Experience in providing consulting services to the federal government for large scale cloud implementation using Appian, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and/or Microsoft Dynamics

    • Experience managing distributed teams in support of geographically dispersed customers

    Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:

    $170,721.00 - $290,225.00
