Dispatcher

Description

• Manage plumbers' dynamic schedules, maintain a matrix of technicians' routes, tools, and qualifications for optimal assignment

• Handle customer requests related to jobs, forecast workload for future days, and update customers on the status of pending parts

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Customer Service experience (i.e. handling inbound AND outbound calls)
