  • We are currently hiring for Dow Chemical in Fort Saskatchewan for a Document Administrator.

    Shift and Pay Details:

    • Location: Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta

    • Monday to Friday, day shift

    • 4% Vacation Pay + Eligible Statutory Holiday Pay + Kelly Services Benefits available

    What's a typical day as a Document Administrator.

    Responsibilities may include :

    Formatting and standardizing electronic documents to align to the document templates

    Support the management of change process

    Update Operating discipline Metrics for Procedure Metrics, Procedures Reviews and Procedure Return Tracking

    Update electronic document library

    Updating weekly workforce hours

    Ensure workforce hours are being updated in SharePoint by our contractor partners

    Ensure all manhours updates are completed for the month for the Safety Dept and Leadership

    Perform records retention audits as per the records retention requirements

    On call updates/printing for Current On call week

    Back up for Vacation Schedule updates

    Back up for SAP billing

    General administrative requests for the building residents

    Required Qualifications:

    Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without company support or sponsorship.

    Proficient in computer software applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and have the ability to learn new systems quickly.

    A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent.

    Must have strong multi-tasking, organizational, problem solving and time management skills.
