Order Out Specialist

Job Description

• Pull tasks requesting data and documents for mortgage loans and complete the orders, follow-ups or other actions necessary to complete the order.

• Includes written and verbal communication with Vendors and other internal employees.

• A high level of attention to detail is necessary to complete the orders to completion.

• This is a foundational position providing opportunity to learn company mortgage practices and creates the ability to move through Admin and into other Home Lending areas as business allows.

• The Order Out Specialist Helps to Provide Administrative Duties To Ensure Quality Service Throughout The Loan Process.

• Order Out MOSAs will be processing orders for various tasks to assist in moving the mortgage application through to completion.

• The role includes successfully communicating with Vendors, Loan officers, and team members in a variety of manners.

Qualifications

• Data entry skills (must complete alpha numeric data entry)

• Basic office, administrative skills

• Good team player

• Willing and eager to learn

• Must be able to organize your own time and remain on track with time management.

• Communication is an expected part for these positions to be able to give and accept feedback, report concerns as they find them and other information that impacts their day to day.

Work Environment

• Hybrid/Remote 2 days onsite required.

• We would also be looking for individuals who can manage their at home office space so that they are distraction free during work hours.

• Candidates will need to be able to hardwire TWO ethernet cords to their router - so having TWO ports/plug ins available is a must!

Shift

• Training: Mon-Fri: 9:00am - 5:30pm

• Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:30pm OR 11:30am - 8:00pm

Pay

$16.50/hr.
