Entry Level PC Technician

Working onsite in Columbia MO

?Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and entry-level IT Support/Desktop Support Technicians to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

0 - 1 years of experience supporting and troubleshooting issues with workstations/devices/printers, systems and applications, Virtual Private Network (VPN) networking applications, and wireless WAN and LAN connectivity.

0-1 years of related IT Support/Desktop Support/Helpdesk experience

Experience working with a Ticket Management System such as ServiceNow, Client Service Manager, Remedy, etc.

Microsoft Office 365, Windows 7 and/or Windows 10 experience

Provide in person and remote support

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work independently

Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues

Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems

A+ certification is a plus (but not required)

Must be able to follow instructions

Detail orientated

Must be able to lift 40 - 75 lbs
