    In this dynamic role, you'll provide valuable support to the Chief Marketing Officer.

    Role Responsibilities

    • Complex calendar management that includes arranging appointments, meetings/conference calls with global attendees.

    • Coordinating complex travel itineraries that include both domestic and international travel.

    • Coordinating site visits for members of the Marketing organization.

    • Process and manage expense reports and purchase orders.

    • Review, edit and prepare reports and presentations.

    • Collaborate with other executive assistants to ensure timeliness of meetings and ensuring activities addressed properly.

    Role Requirements

    • Education or equivalent skills are required, 5-10 years of experience working with senior executives as an Executive Assistant, experience supporting technology leaders is a plus.

    • Highly professional, diligent, and dependable as you will be dealing regularly with highly confidential information.

    • You will be forward thinking and be able to anticipate needs with the ability to know when to be discreet.

    • Prioritization and planning are key to being successful in this role, as well as the ability to work autonomously.

    • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.

    • IT literacy, with tools such as Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint, Concur, and Zoom. as well as

    • Ability to build effective working relationships across the business and be incredibly efficient with your time.

    • Strong executer and a true business partner to the leaders you are supporting.

    • Ability to be flexible to work early, late days and weekends as it is needed to support the CMO.

    Salary

    The hourly rate range is $27.40 - $43.79 per hour. The actual rate will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
