    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain and manage Facility Clearance Level (FCL) portfolio, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines

    • Manage all aspects of the National Industrial Security Program (NISP) and other related security activities.

    • Lead and implement the Department of Defense (DoD) Industrial Security Program within the organization

    • Coordinate and monitor sensitive aspects of the DoD Industrial Security Program and security activities

    • Act as a Liaison with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) and other DoD and Intelligence Community (IC) agencies as required

    • Provide security guidance to various departments, ensuring adherence to Government and company security policies and procedures

    • Conduct security incident investigations and reporting, handling administrative inquiries and conducting investigations of non-compliance

    • Ensure compliance with security training requirements, conducting security indoctrinations, debriefings, and annual self-inspections

    • Work with our DCJS (VA) compliance team to ensure employees nation wide are meeting state requirements

    • Maintain security databases

    • Provide security guidance to Program area managers, Human Resources, Recruiting, Contracts, and Management

    • Maintain insider threat programs, as well as, ensuring all staff meeting annual recertification requirements

    • Process classified visit requests and certifications

    • Responsible for all Facility Clearance Level (FCL) documentation and approvals

    • Prepare and maintain all facilities (and personnel) for favorable USG audits and inspections

    • Provide, conduct, and track all personnel for required company and USG compliance training

    • Prepare subcontract DD Form 254's for assigned classified contracts

    • Prepare all SCI nomination related documentation for submission to the Customer

    • Inventory and proper control of any current or new classified materials on site

    • Handle administrative inquiries and conduct investigations of non-compliance

    • Ensure all applicable entity information is updated in the National Industrial Security System (NISS) database

    • Oversight of secure spaces

    • Perform other duties as required

    Qualifications:

    • An active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph Clearance

    • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent

    • 5+ years of increasing industrial security and FSO responsibilities

    • Must have extensive knowledge of National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM)Previous experience in Industrial Security and/or government contracts

    • Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills

    • In-depth knowledge and experience with DoD and Intelligence Community (IC) customer workflows

    • Successful past engagement and collaboration with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) and other Department of Defense (DoD) and/or Intelligence Community Customers

    • Familiarity with security manuals, directives, and Executive Orders

    • Experience in SCIF and closed area operations and management

    • Experience with USG Information Systems (NISS/DISS/NBIS/eAPP) and legacy systems

    • Strong working knowledge of relevant security regulations and forms

    • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and gain consensus from stakeholders on solutions to security problems

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Completed Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Facility Security Officer (FSO) Curriculum

    • Industrial Security Professional (ISP) Certification

    • Proficiency in SIMS user interface and Microsoft Office products

    • Experience with National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) requirements and the practical implementation of requirements

    • Familiar with government security program management including: Defense Information System and Security (DISS), Defense Information System, National Industrial Security System (NISS), and Secure Web Fingerprint Transmission (SWFT)

    • Experience with Communications Security (COMSEC)
