Automation's impact on the railway industry is second only to the effects of digitalization. Combine them and the results are transformative! We work at the leading edge of this movement, applying our proven expertise in digitalization to rail infrastructure and automation.

Our innovative solutions deliver greater safety, punctuality, reliability, and sustainability across the line, all while reducing costs for mass transit and freight transportation systems. We are continuously developing new answers for rail automation - often to questions that haven't been asked yet.

As a Field Service Engineer , you will be at the forefront of ensuring the smooth operation of our light rail equipment. You will be responsible for diagnosing, fixing, and resolving warranty-related issues. We're looking for someone with technical prowess, outstanding problem-solving skills, superior communication abilities, and an interest in detailed reporting to deliver unparalleled service.

    What you will be doing:

    • Warranty Support for Light Rail Vehicles: Investigate and analyze warranty claims for vehicle components and systems. • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact optimally with customers.

    • Familiarity with warranty processes and documentation within the light rail context.
