  • Description

    The finance manager will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Flex Financial, and Operations to deliver post-deal services and support to customers through periodic business reviews. This role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and compiling customer business reviews for multi-divisional long-term sales agreements.

    • Plan, coordinate, and compile periodic customer business reviews for customers.

    • Collaborate with partner functions for divisional data aggregation.

    • Work with Sales Managers to determine the nature and timing of reporting to customers.

    • Collaborate with the various stakeholders on customer requirements and ad hoc requests.

    • Manage a diverse portfolio of geographically dispersed customers.

    • Ensure customer satisfaction through teamwork, problem-solving, honesty, and a high level of customer service.

    • Drive operational excellence through capacity planning, continuous improvement initiatives, and timely and accurate deliverables.

    • Contribute to a transparent and ethical team environment, promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

    • Support special projects as needed.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree required.

    • 10+ years of professional experience.

    • Demonstrated analytical and effective decision-making abilities.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Strong ability to work independently within defined deadlines and manage multiple commitments.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, Power BI, Model N, and Word.

    • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive matters.
