We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial SEC Analyst with expertise in XBRL tagging, 10-Q and 10-K filings, and audit processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with SEC regulations and supporting our financial reporting and auditing function. Responsibilities

? Prepare consolidated financial statements and supporting schedules for reporting to investors and

Securities Exchange Commission, or SEC

? Prepare and post monthly consolidation entries for financial reporting

? Assist with quarterly communications sent to investors

? Communicate with external auditors regarding variance analysis and other inquiries as necessary

? Assist with the monthly financial close procedures

? Ensure financial results are accurately represented and in conformance with US GAAP

? Assist in preparation of budgets and analyzing budget to actual results

? Analyzing, researching, and explaining variances to plan

? Assist with generating and maintaining appropriate backup for auditor review and 404 compliance

? Assist in footnote preparation for quarterly 10-Q and annual 10-K SEC filings

? Prepare documentation in support of quarterly reviews and year-end audits

? Perform special accounting projects, as assigned
