My client is a fast growing subscription software business. This role is open due to current and anticipated growth. The compensation package includes m/d/v and a bonus target. Range posted is base salary.

The FP& A Revenue Lead will assume a pivotal role in the financial planning and analysis domain, with a primary focus on revenue management for our rapidly expanding subscription software business. This role entails providing invaluable insights through meticulous analysis, precise forecasting, and comprehensive revenue reporting. By furnishing key stakeholders with actionable intelligence, this position will fortify decision-making processes and financial strategies.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities, catering to the Americas business segment as well as supporting global functions.

• Play a central role in revenue reporting, forecasts, and variance analysis for the Americas business segment.

• Monitor and analyze financial performance in relation to key performance indicators (KPIs) and business objectives.

• Identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and performance drivers, offering actionable insights.

• Collaborate closely with sales, sales operations, and delivery teams to ensure the accuracy of forecasts and the timely delivery of projects.

• Facilitate alignment between financial forecasts and operational execution.

• Support various reporting requirements, including monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reporting.

• Collaborate with controllership to ensure proper revenue recognition and alignment of processes and controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or CPA is preferred.

• Demonstrate proven experience (5+ years) in financial planning and analysis roles, with a HIGH preference for experience within the SaaS/subscription industry or a high-growth technology company.

• Exhibit strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

• Possess in-depth knowledge of financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

• Display an excellent understanding of key financial metrics and performance indicators.

• Showcase advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to build macros

• Demonstrate the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Exhibit experience in building management reports, models, and dashboards from scratch.

• Have experience collaborating with Sales leadership and teams across various levels.
