Now hiring for Warehouse Associates and Forklift Operators for a leading appliance distribution company in Medford, NY . This is a great opportunity for growth as the company is looking for long term employees. Weekly pay, full benefits, and overtime availability!

Pay: $18-$19/hr

Shift: 1st shift: 11:00am-8:00pm - 2d shift: 2:00pm-10:00pm (overtime available)

Job Description:

• Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them to assigned places

• Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment

• Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies

• Transport raw materials to production workstations

• Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance

• Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs

• Comply with company policies and legal guidelines

• Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• MUST be able to do heavy lifting and be physical

• Sit-down propane forklift experience is needed

• Stacking and moving heavy boxes of appliances (fridges, dishwashers etc.) on hand trucks
