    Job Title: FP&A Director

    Job Summary:

    The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Director will play a critical role within the company's finance department while providing direct oversight of the FP&A team. This position is responsible for overseeing the financial planning and analysis function, ensuring accurate forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision-making based on financial data. Additional responsibilities include running point on month end close accruals, variance analysis, corporate presentations, cash flow management and ad hoc tasks.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for month end close accruals and variance analysis for all customer related activities. Coordinate with Finance Ops teams to identify issues and drive process improvement

    • Manage formal budget and forecast process including the preparation of detailed variance explanations on all P&L activity

    • Monitor ICOS and SG&A costs to ensure department spend is aligned with expectations

    • Measure and report on DSO & DPO while also completing monthly cash flow forecasts

    • Complete Month End & Quarter End Financial Packages

    • Perform risk analysis on current account portfolios and analyze potential customers financial health

    • Ad-hoc financial analysis as required

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting. MBA Preferred

    • Minimum of Five Years of Related FP&A Experience

    • Expert Level Excel and Power Point Skills. Power BI Experience Preferred

    • Ability to multi-task and work in matrix-organization

    • Focuses on the achievement of objectives and standards. Experience in process improvement and maximizing profitability

    • Builds and maintains relationships with both internal and external customers and works with them to meet or exceed their expectations

    • Ability to travel for business related activities. Travel estimated to be <20%

    • Strong public speaking skills

    • Attention to detail and time management, as well as effective meeting management
