    Job Description:

    What You'll Do

    • Travel GoLive Experiences assisting with the grand opening process of new locations

    • Travel and provide one-on-one personal training to individuals across the country

    • Execute all field training initiatives requested by the Training Operations Manager, including in-person, virtual, and webinar training

    • Assist in the updating and creation of best practices content

    • Communicate Opportunities, share successes, update best practices, and provide feedback to store owners and select Leadership

    • Assist the Training Operations Manager with special training and projects as needed

    • Demonstrate proficiency in ServiceTitan scheduling software

    • Facilitate additional projects as needed

    Required Skills

    • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time

    • Degree in Business, Marketing, or Education required or 3 years of relevant experience

    • Operations experience preferred, specifically opening/onboarding new store locations

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quickly learn advanced software systems

    • Must have "whatever it takes" attitude and be adaptable to the growing team

    • Must be a high producer in fast-paced work environment

    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
