Pay Range : $21.00-$25.00/Hour (US Dollars) (Pay rate is based on shift hour differential)

SHIFT: 10:00am- 6:00pm (1st Shift) 8 Days ON 6 Days OFF

Position Summary Details:

Customer Service Associate Technician (CSAT) performs light to moderate building maintenance such as repairing piping leaks, repairing water fountains and bathroom/locker room equipment, changing light bulbs, wall patching and preservation, roof leak identification and repairs, door repair, roll-up door troubleshooting, basic plumbing maintenance, and basic pest control. The Maintenance staff must be professional, courteous, and customer service oriented. They must report safety hazards and larger maintenance problems to the Supervisor. They will also keep track and report on supplies inventory. The Maintenance staff must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks assigned.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs requiring conveyor, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, instrumentation, HVAC and other equipment, systems or structures

• Ensures repairs and maintenance to all equipment and facilities

• Responds to spills and other emergency situations, performing tasks necessary

• Assists in emergencies as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), including ten-year work history if available

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer Service Experience

• 1 yr. of similar work experience
