    About the role

    TWE is seeking two motivated seasonal Harvest Interns to assist the Grower Relations Representative in the Napa area with growing season and harvest tasks. There are only a handful of internships that can offer this breadth of experience, working with a team who is dedicated to growing and making the highest quality wines.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Pest and disease scouting

    • Vine health and phenology monitoring

    • Crop estimation, including cluster counts and weights

    • Maturity sampling, processing, and analysis

    • Data entry and mapping

    Position starts: July through October/November, season dependent.

    About you

    Individuals should possess a strong desire to work hands-on and preform efficiently in variable vineyard conditions. This is a physically demanding position that will require working independently, early mornings, and walking in rough terrain. The ideal candidate has a can-do attitude and is eager to expand their knowledge of viticulture. Job requirements and preferred qualifications include:

    • Working knowledge of viticulture and/ or agriculture

    • Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)

    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

    • Able to pass pre-employment drug screen, physical and background check

    • Able to work flexible hours and in various conditions during the critical harvest period

    Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $20 to $25 per hour. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work out of Napa, CA area. If the incumbent works out of another location, the wage rate may fall above or below this range.
