    As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives. You will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing expertise in areas such as talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and HR best practices. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of HR principles, and the ability to drive positive change within the organization. Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and develop HR strategies that support the achievement of organizational goals. Talent Management: Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, attract top talent, and facilitate the recruitment process. Develop retention strategies to nurture and engage high-performing employees. Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, performance management, conflict resolution, and employee development. Organizational Development: Assess organizational needs and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and performance. Facilitate training and development programs to build leadership capabilities and promote a culture of continuous learning. HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. Conduct investigations into employee complaints and grievances, taking appropriate corrective action as needed. Data Analysis: Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and inform decision-making. Generate reports and presentations to communicate key insights to stakeholders. Change Management: Lead change initiatives to drive organizational transformation and foster a culture of innovation and agility. HR Projects: Lead or contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned, such as policy development, HRIS implementation, or diversity and inclusion programs.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree

    • Minimum 8 years of HR generalist/business partnering/organizational development experience including some experience working at an acute care hospital or systems. Prior management experience a plus

    • Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

    Responsibilities

    The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will partner with HR leaders, executives, and management staff on organizational and workforce planning, staff development, change management, employee engagement, and HR services and communications that support the hospital's mission, vision, strategic plan, and operations. The HRBP will facilitate the delivery of HR programs and services to support the business objectives in partnership with HR team leaders and staff.

    Requirements/Must Haves:

    License/Certification/Registration Requirements Human Resources professional certification; such as through the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI), Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), or other certifications through professional organizations or institutions as may be determined to be appropriate to the role, at the sole discretion of the Hospital.

    Qualifications

    1. BS/BA degree in human resources, business, social science, or related field required. Master's degree a plus

    2. Minimum 8 years of HR generalist/business partnering/organizational development experience including some experience working at an acute care hospital or systems. Prior management experience a plus

    3. strong generalist knowledge and experience required including experience in at least five of the following areas: employee relations, recruitment, compensation, training, organizational development, performance management, and employee communications.
