Help Desk Analyst

Description There is a job opening with Robert Half for a Help Desk Analyst in an innovative and fast-paced work environment at a company in the Chemicals Manufacturing industry. We have a great opportunity for a creative with a talent for solving both routine and unique problems. To succeed at this position, you will need to support local and field users, in a highly visible role that has a positive impact on both the department and the company. Located in Phoenix, Arizona, the Help Desk Analyst opportunity is a long-term contract / temporary role.

What you get to do every day

• Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues

• Respond and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups

• Diagnose recurring technical issues and implement solutions to address the root of the problems

• Deliver IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used internally Requirements - IT support ticketing system experience highly valued

• Service Desk Tickets experience preferred

• Ticketing System experience desired

• Experience installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications

• Basic networking concepts

• User administration and bug fixing in a client-server environment
