Required Skills & Experience

• Bilingual Spanish required.

• 2+ years of Helpdesk support background, ticketing systems, light Active Directory

• Technical proficiencies with applications/systems as we support hundreds of applications on multiple platforms.

• Basic understanding of information security.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and software.

• Proven analytical skills.

What You Will Be Doing

• Coordinate with own team to fulfill requests.

• Work closely with other groups within the business and throughout the company.

• Assist with providing core customer service support for targeted applications and system.

• Utilize Microsoft applications for creating and maintaining basic files.
