    We are a dynamic company located in North Phoenix, AZ, seeking a Bilingual HR Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and proficient in MS Office.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, and document management

    • Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings

    • Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, and assisting with benefits enrollment

    • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS (Human Resources Information System)

    • Assist with employee relations activities, including documenting complaints, conducting investigations, and coordinating resolution efforts

    • Coordinate training and development activities, including scheduling sessions, tracking attendance, and organizing training materials

    • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager or Director

    • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses

    • Assist with special events and activities, such as employee recognition programs and company-wide meetings

    • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred

    • 1+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR

    • Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)

    • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

    • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    This is a full-time position located in North Phoenix, AZ. The Bilingual HR Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department and ensuring smooth operations. The role is fully in-office.
