    Job Summary

    The HR Systems Analyst is responsible for the maintenance, expansion, and optimization of the SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding modules. This role is a key contributor in supporting the HR Technology roadmap of projects and initiatives, supporting our global user community of Talent Acquisition (TA) Partners and TA Leadership team in support of HR Technology projects and processes.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Partners with Director of HR Technology on Technology roadmap, projects, and managing contractor resources.

    • Maintains deep understanding of HR technology trends and best practices to recommend scalable technology solutions.

    • Partners with Talent Acquisition team to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements to provide successful technology solutions.

    • Assists with system adoption through education and collaboration of global user community on RCM, including presenting training sessions and new functionality.

    • Partners with Talent Acquisition team on completion of Data Privacy documents for new functionality as needed.

    • Maintains documentation including configuration workbooks, quick reference guides, etc.

    • Manages the product releases for the RCM/OBX; partnering with the TA Leadership team to determine timing and implementation plans for new functionality aligned to business strategies.

    • Assists with system user testing; as well as assisting with development of test scenarios and scripts.

    • Interact with SAP SuccessFactors support and utilize support tools and documentation available to resolve system issues.

    • Optimizes support model to highlight areas for Recruiting self-service, Super Users, and Shared Services support.

    • Complies with company and departmental policies and administrative requirements.

    • Assists with design and development of Recruiting reporting and dashboards.

    • Performs other duties as assigned or as needed.

    Education

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Computer Science, MIS, Human Resources, or equivalent experience and/or certification

    Certification/Licensing:

    • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors preferred

    Years and Type of Experience

    • 3(+) years' experience as HR Systems Analyst with a focus on implementing SAP SuccessFactors modules

    • RCM/Onboarding preferred

    • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors maintenance and updates

    Required Computer Skills

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

    • Internet and Email Applications
