    Insight Global is looking for a HRIS Manager to join one of our large Consumer Goods clients. This team is responsible for the management of their HR Systems. Day to day you will be analyzing, design and implementing Human Resource systems with a primary focus on Workday. We are looking for someone with experience partnering with Talent Aquisition team, specifically with RPO partnerships. The role will start off project based with Intergrations for RPO partners. Beyond project work, day to day you will responsible for Workday optimization and process redesign. We are looking for a candidate with exceptional communication skills to interact with the TA team as well as stakeholders.

    Skills and Requirements

    5+ year experience of relevant HR Systems experience

    Hands on Workday experience in the Talent Aquisition space

    Experience managing RPO programs, processes and change management

    Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment null
