Human Resources Administrator

Description Local company in Youngstown is seeking a part-time professional to join our HR/Payroll department with the potential to transition to a full-time role. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR, benefits, and payroll. Paychex Flex is preferred. Preference will be given to candidates with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. The selected individual must be willing to transition to full-time and eventually to a permanent position. This role will initially require 30 hours per week. 100% on site and schedule will be M-F 9am-3pm to start.
