    Position Summary:

    Deploys and administers HR programs, policies, practices and processes. Develops and/or implements integrated HR initiatives and solutions to advance organizational objectives. Tracks and analyzes staffing and diversity strategy performance and recommends or implements corrective solutions. Partners with leadership to implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives. Conducts employee investigations, tracks and monitors case activities. Provides resolution to the HR Service Center on elevated issue.

    Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

    • Serve as primary point of contact for employee inquiries. Manage resolution of all HR inquiries and support managers with all Employee Relation issues. Provide guidance and recommendations for problem resolution.

    • Manage the business by providing advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures in line with current employment law.

    • Manage annual performance management, merit and bonus processes, including providing training and support to functional leaders. Manage and administer exit processes, including submission of RFA's, follows up with IT and management of Exit Checklist Processes.

    • Ensure data accuracy on Success Factors; Support Monthly Payroll processes; Create communications related to new hires, HR policies, processes and programs.

    • Manage the development of implementation of Human Resources policies and procedures, Workforce Planning maternity, flexible working and staff sickness, and change management.

    • Partner with Learning and Development to develop and deliver training programs

    • Deliver and develop New Hire Orientation Program making adjustments/improvements to support program effectiveness administer company policies and procedures when dealing with employee relations issues.

    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience)

    • 4-6 years of related work experience (6-8 years preferred)

    • Experience in applying HR principles and practices, employment laws and regulations, i.e., applicable local, state, federal labor, and workplace laws

    • 4-6 years of experience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives

    • 4-6 years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement

    • Experience in influencing decision making to drive results for the business

    • Experience making tough decisions and delivering difficult messages with professionalism and poise.

    • Experience in effectively communicating using both verbal and written formats in a clear, concise manner that is targeted to the audience.

    • Thorough knowledge of HR policies, systems, procedures, guidelines, and philosophies.

    • Thorough knowledge of applicable local, state, federal labor, and workplace laws

    • Collaboration across organizational boundaries to deliver an integrated final product
