Human Resources Generalist

Description

Our entertainment client is looking for a Human Resources Generalist on a contract to hire basis. As the HR Generalist, a portion of your job duties will surround benefits administration and managing the organizations benefit programs while providing support to employees. You will oversee the end-to-end administration of employee benefits, respond to employee inquiries related to 401k and health benefits, guiding them through enrollment processes and addressing concerns, and processing 401(k) terminations, Cobra enrollments, and manage all benefit billings. Additional duties will include conducting benefit orientations for new hires and ensuring a smooth onboarding process, generating and analyze reports related to health benefits, coverage, and eligibility, and managing compliance trainings.

This is an on-site position in West Hollywood and there is a chance this contract role could go permanent for the right person. If so, the salary range is $70-$85k. Our client offers a casual work environment, flexible work hours, and free parking. Robert Half is looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of Human Resources experience. Previous experience with benefits administration is a huge plus! This is an on-site position in West Hollywood and pay is $35-40/hr.

Requirements

• This role needs to be highly professional; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity

• Eagerness to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and take initiative on variety of tasks and projects

• Excellent written and verbal business skills

• Proficient with office computer applications and HRIS software

• Prior experience coordinating and implementing Open Enrollment and benefits

-3+ years of human resources experience
