The human resources generalist will oversee a wide range of HR related tasks while providing support to employees.
Responsibilities::
Assist with payroll
Experience with HR systems (ADP, Paylocity)
Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training
Administer compensation and benefit plans
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes when needed
Recommend and develop employee relations practices to foster a positive employer-employee relations
Review and select resumes during hiring processes and update database
Support employees with efficient problem-solving when any human resources issues arise
