    Bilingual Human Resources Assistant

    Position Overview

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Human Resources Assistant to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, possess strong organizational skills, and have a passion for supporting employees in various HR-related functions.     Responsibilities

    • Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.

    • Conduct initial screenings of candidates and assist with the coordination of interviews.

    • Support new employee onboarding by preparing new hire paperwork, facilitating orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

    • Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.

    • Assist with HR-related inquiries from employees and provide timely and professional responses.

    • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed, such as employee engagement activities, training programs, and HR policy updates.

    • Assist with payroll processing and other administrative tasks as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).

    • Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus.

    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

    • Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

    • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the HR field.

    Requirements - Proven experience in providing Employee Assistance

    • Proficient in answering inbound calls and providing outstanding customer service

    • Demonstrated ability to provide administrative support to HR department

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Strong organizational and time management skills

    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

    • Familiarity with HR software and HRIS systems is a plus

    • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required

    • HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
