Hvac Service Technician

Description:

• Troubleshooting HVAC units

• Cleaning, adjusting and repairing HVAC systems

• Troubleshooting defective HVAC systems and equipment

• Performing routine preventative maintenance

• Fixing, replacing and adjusting vents, and ductwork

• Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.

• HVAC technician to service commercial and residential units

• Troubleshoot pumps, motors, chillers, VRFs, BMS

• Light electrical controls

• Bend, sweat, braze

• Read blueprints

• Refrigeration experience

Skills:

Mechanical, trouble shoot, Hand tool, hvac, epa universal

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• OSHA 10 or 30 preferred

• EPA 608 universal

• Own their own hand tools

• Capable of using technology--tablet
