We are currently setting up interveiws for maintenance techs in the Clinton, TN area. Ideal candidates will someone that is flexible with overtime, has minimal of 2yrs experience as a maintenance tech preferrable in the manufactuing industry. Responsibilities

• Being a leader in safety. - Ensuring spare parts are identified and available. - Grow the Preventive/Predictive Maintenance program. - Serves as a technical expert for Maintenance Technicians and Operations. - Proactively identify work to be performed in order to minimize downtime. - Proactively identify opportunities to improve equipment performance. - Prepare jobs to be performed during schedule and unscheduled down time. - Works hands on with the team to execute jobs. - Ensure work is executed with a high level of quality and workmanship.

advance knowledge of PLC, hydraulic theory application associated with assembly press machine, PCS, Automated resistance welding ETC
